I have never visited this place. So I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted with a smile and welcome. I ordered a McCalister wrap and side of potato salad. And I was very pleased at the taste I rcvd from both. The potato salad was actually amazing. The wrap needed more honey mustard sauce on it. But the wrap still tasted very good. The place was clean inside and out. I will visit this place again. Prices were reasonable.
We ordered to-go and the food was good and fresh. The prices are a bit high as the negative and I can see some of the sandwiches when made on small bread vs subs is too small for the price. We ordered subs and portion sizes are larger but so is the price. 12" Italian is $15.99 and some of the side options do have an up charge (vs. included) so beware. Service was courteous and professional and restaurant was clean. Our larger order took about 10min. 4 stars as they missed our spear pickle on both of the 12" Italian subs and it's a little pricey.
Huge fan of their blt with avocado! Be mindful, a couple of times they've burnt the toast but are great at fixing when a mistake happens. The carrot cake is also super scrumptious!
Great service, the cashier was very attentive to taking our order, payed attention to my food allergies and relayed the information to her fellow colleagues. We sat down placed the order number on our table and food was delivered to our table. The restaurant was full therefore food took a little longer, completely understandable. The broccoli and cheese soup was cool not warm to hot. My husband loved the Italian sandwich. The ham and cheese sandwich was good, the ciabatta bread so fresh. The restaurant was well kept. The atmosphere was family oriented and the music they played was modern and inclusive. The servers were all so kind, smiles and just wanting to make your time there pleasant. They even came and picked up our empty plates and garbage. I was impressed that they had actual silverware. If you go onto their website you can become part of their rewards club and scan in your receipt and start accumulating awards
Stopped in while running errands for a quick lunch. I have never heard of McAlister's and I am glad I tried it. They were pretty busy for a Wednesday afternoon. It must have been the lunch rush. I had the grilled cheese and it was so good. My mom loved the potato salad. The restaurant was very clean. They have people that are constantly running around to see if you need anything and they take your plates from the table. I will definitely be back.
